ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE REQUEST
E. J. MARSHALL
WHEREAS it has been determined that there are two 8' x 10'
tool sheds on the E. J. Marshall property at W179 S6914 Muskego
Drive, and
WHEREAS in lieu of removing one shed, the Marshalls have
requested approval of a second garage structure, which will
consist of the two sheds joined together to form an 8' x 20'
structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a

substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding Froperties in this RE-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission (Archi-
tectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of E. J.
Marshall for an 8' x 20' unattached, second garage structure
at W179 S6914 Muskego Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this structure shall be located ~ ~~~ -
