C. 85-82 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE REQUEST MIKE DUBIAK WHEREAS Mike Dubiak, S84 W20858 Janesville Road, has requested permission to construct a 16' x 20', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Mike Dubiak for a 16' x 20', unattached, second garage structure at S84 W20858 Janesville Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood. City of Muskego Plan Cormnission Defeated Deferred
