ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE REQUEST
MIKE DUBIAK
WHEREAS Mike Dubiak, S84 W20858 Janesville Road,
has requested permission to construct a 16' x 20', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Mike Dubiak for a 16' x 20', unattached, second garage
structure at S84 W20858 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
