APPROVAL OF REVISED SIGN REQUEST
PEDICAL ASSOCIATES OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS a request has been received from Medical Associates
of Muskego, Ltd. (formerly known as Muskego Internal Medicine
Associates) for permission to erect a 40 sq. ft., freestanding
sign, externally illuminated, supported on a cedar structure
14' 3" in height, with a dark brown sign face and white lettering
at S69 W15636 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS this sign is a revision of a previously approved
sign and will be located in the same location as shown on the
approved site plan, and
WHEREAS themproposed sign meets the zoning ordinance
requirements and the Guidelines for Sign Approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Medical
Associates of Muskego for a 40 sq. ft. freestanding sign to
be located as shown on the approved site plan at S69 W15636
Janesville Road.
