PCR1982082RESOLUTION #P. C. 82-82 RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP T. J. LANDSCAPING (R-3 to B-4) WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by T. J. Landscaping to rezone an approximately 13 acre parcel south of Hwy. 36 in the SE 114 of Section 25 from R-3 to B-4 to operate a nursery1 garden center and a landscape business, and WHEREAS the proposed zoning would be an extension of the B-4 zoning district north of Hwy. 36 and the proposed type of business would be compatible with the residential zoning adjacent to this parcel, and WHEREAS this highway location is an appropriate place for this type of business, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this request and has recommended approval. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby reconmend to the Common Council that the approximate 13 acre parcel south of Hwy. 36 in the SE 114 of Section 25 be rezoned from R-3 to B-4 upon petition of T. J. Landscaping for operation of a nurserylgarden center and landscape business. City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted SEP. 7 1982 Defeated Deferred
