HERITAGE PARK REZONING REQUEST STUDY
RS-2 to RSA(0PD)
WHEREAS the Common Council has requested that the Plan
Commission further study the request of Heritaxe Park for
rezoning the property to the west of Heritage Church on College
Avenue in the NW 114 of Section 1 from RS-2 to RSA (OPD) to
permit the development of 37 townhouse units, and
WHEREAS the Public Sewer Committee has determined that
1983, and
the sewer moratorium will be extended at least until Spring,
extensions be granted until the many pending questions are
resolved per the attached letter, and
matter and has recommended that any further process of this
petition should be delayed until the City has removed the
sewer moratorium, and the requirements of the OPD can be met.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Coxmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the District Zoning Map not be amended to rezone the
property to the west of Heritage Church on College Avenue in
the NW 1/4 of Section 1 from RS-2 to RSA (OPD) until the sewer moratorium has been lifted and approval of the sewer extension
can be obtained, and the requirements of the OPD (overlay-
planned development) can be met.
WHEREAS the City Engineers have recommended that no sewer
