REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
T. J. LANDSCAPING
REZONING REQUEST
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by T. J. Landscaping
to rezone their property on Highway 36 in the SE 114 of Section
25 from R-3 to B-4 to operate a nurserylgarden center with the
landscape business, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this request to the
Plan Commission for review and recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of T. J. Landscaping
to rezone their property on Highway 36 in the SE 114 of Section
25 from R-3 to B-4 to operate a nurserylgarden center with the
landscape business, to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review
and recommendation.
