APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
STEINER AND BECK - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, dated August 4, 1982, has been submitted to
finalize a four parcel division of the John L. Steiner and
Mary A. Beck property in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 75-82 on August 3, 1982, and
WHEREAS this property is within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a
four parcel division of the John L. Steiner and Mary A. Beck
property in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the Town of Norwdy.
