APPROVAL OF LEKFIELD RESTORATION PLAN
permission to remove clay from the Lekfield Farm located in
the SE 114 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS Don DeBack Grading of Big Bend has requested
WHEREAS Section 6.01 (4) E. of the Zoning Ordinance states
that any material conveyed to or from a lot or site for the pur-
pose of changing the topography of said lot or site shall have
City approval, and
WHEREAS there has been review of the restoration plan by
the City Engineer and Planning Consultant as to what affect

the change would have on the swale in the area and future devel-
WHEREAS the City Engineer has recommended that the berm
along the bank of the swale be four feet, and
WHEREAS there is a concern of erosion because of the 4 to 1
slope proposed, and
WHEREAS upon the recommendation of the Planning Consultant
the plan has been revised to indicate the project would be
completed in four phases consisting of the removal of 22,000 CU.
yds. each, with progressive restoration upon the completion of
each phase, and

WHEREAS a letter of credit in the amount of $25,000 has
been recommended by the City Engineer and has been received
from Waukesha State Bank.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the removal of clay from
the Lekfield Farm in the SE 1/4 of Section 19.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is, subject to
completion in conformance with the City Engineer's and Planning
Consultant's recommendations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that precautions shall be taken and
adequate provisions be maintained on a daily basis on the site
