RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE LEGAL LOT STATUS
RON FORD
WHEREAS Ron Ford has submitted a petition for legal
status of his lot on Topaz Drive with Tax Key No. 2174.978,
just west of the Jewel Crest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned RS-2, requiring 20,000
sq. ft. lots, with 110' average width, and
WHEREAS this lot is 10,689 sq. ft. in area with an average
width of 62 5' and is under the same ownership as the
adjoining lots 7 and 8, Block 21 of Jewel Crest Subdivision, and

WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
request and has recornended denial because of the substantial
reduction in the required size, and
WHEREAS this lot is 53% of the required area, triangularly
shaped and incompatible with the existing lots and building
development in the immediate area of this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recornend that the legal lot status
of the Topaz Drive lot with Tax Key No. 2174.978 just west of
