APPROVAL OF SKETCH - STEINER & BECK
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a sketch for land division has been submitted for
John L. Steiner & Mary A. Beck by Me1 Wendt for the Town of Norway
and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission must approve divisions within
extra territorial boundaries and
WHEREAS the certified survey map must be approved by the
Town of Norway and Racine County and
WHEREAS the Town of Norway is seeking the proper road dedi-
cation and
WHEREAS the survey will correct other errors made in the past
and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the;Plan Commission for the
City of Muskego must hereby approve the sketch and will be recep-
tive to the certified survey map to finalize a division of the
Steiner and Beck property in the NE Section of 7.
