APPROVAL FOR SIGN
OPEN PANTRY
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a .conditional use
grant for Open Pantry at S66 W14501 Janesville Road on July 6,
1982, and
WHEREAS the free standing sign shown on the
to be reviewed at a future date, and
WHEREAS because the size and location did n
zoning requirements for signs, and
site plan was
ot conform to the
WHEREAS an appeal for a variance was petitioned for and a
and
public hearing held on July 22, 1982, before the Board of Appeals,
WHEREAS the Board of Appeals granted a variance of 8.3 ft. in
size to permit a 8' x 6' sign, eliminating the secondary sign
and a variance in setback of 13' from Janesville Rd. and 17' from
Tess Corners Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a sign be approved at the
location established by the Board of Appeals.
