RECOMMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Re Trailers)
WHEREAS the Building Inspection Department has found it
confusing to administer the ordinances regulating occupied and
unoccupied trailers, and
WHEREAS Section 12.10 of the Municipal Code provides for
occupied trailers, and is being reviewed by the Rules, Laws
and Ordinance Committee, and

WHEREAS the Plan Commission must recommend changes to the

City of Muskego does hereby recomnend to the Common Council that
the following changes be made in Section 2 (Definitions),
Section 6.04 (Camping Trailers) and Section 6.08 (House Trailers)
of the Zoning Ordinance:
