APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
PELLIZANN PROPERTY
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Kenneth A. Fockel
for a one parcel division of the Pellmann Property on Woods
Road in the NW 114 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS this parcel meets. the zoning requirements of
this RS-3 district, and
WHEREAS this division will remove the parcel with the
existing farmhouse from the remaining property, and
WHEREAS a plan has been submitted showing how this division
will affect proposed future divisions of the Pellmann Property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Kenneth A. Fockel for a one parcel division of the Pellmann
property on Woods Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 15, subject
to the proper road dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to submittal of a certified survey map to finalize
this division, along with a $25.00 submittal fee.and $200.00
fee in lieu of park dedication.
