RECOPIMENDATION TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE LEGAL LOT STATUS
WAZURKIEWICZ - MUSKEG0 SHORES
WHEREAS Barbara Sivenko, representing the Ella Mazurkiewicz
estate, has submitted a petition requesting legal status for
Lot 15, Block 12, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250
sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and
WHEREAS Lot 15 has a 60' average width with 8,181 sq. ft.
in area, and
WHEREAS a previous request for legal status of this
property was denied by the Plan Conmission and Common Council
in August, 1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that legal status for Lot 15, Block 12, Muskego Shores Subdi-
vision be
