APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ARTHUR BOSTATER
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Arthur Bostater
for a four parcel division of his property located between
Racine Avenue and Lake Denoon in the SW 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS the lots conform to the zoning requirements of
this RS-2 OLS District, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
sketch and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Arthur Bostater for a four parcel division of his property on
Racine Avenue in the SW 114 of Section 32.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval of the proposed easement-type access to Racine Avenue
by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission is recep-
tive to submittal of a certified survey map to finalize this
division, along with a $25.00 submittal fee and $600.00 fee
in lieu of park dedication.
