APPROVAL OF EXPANSIOK OF CONDITIONAL USE GMNT
RONNIE'S MOBILE STATION
WHEREAS Ronald R. Rea has petitioned for expansion of
conditional use grant #56 for Ronnie's Mobile Station at
S75 W17237 Janesville Road to permit construction of an
addition to the existing service station to house a car wash
and service area, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS the Board of Appeals has granted a variance
to permit the addition to be located as proposed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the expansion of conditional
use grant #56 to permit construction of an addition to Ronnie's
Plobile Station at 575 W17237 Janesville Road to house a car
wash and service area, with conditions as established by the
Plan Commission.
