ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
GILBERT SCHAEFER
WHEREAS Gilbert Schaefer, W127 58825 North Cape Rd.,
has requested permission to construct a 26' x 30',unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Gilbert Schaefer for a 26' x 30', unattached, second garage
0 structure at W127 S8825 North Cape Rd.
BE IT FliRTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the removal of an existing 12' x 12' structure on this property.
