ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DAVID GONZALES
WHEREAS David Gonzales, S106 W20379 North Shore Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 22' x 24', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable ~
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of David Ganzales for a 22' x 24'. unattached, second garage
structure at 5106 W20379 North Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
