RECOMMENDING ATTACHMENT OF TERRITORY
WUEBBEN & FERBER PROPERTY
CITY OF NEW BERLIN
WHEREAS the City of New Berlin has adopted an ordinance
to detach from the City of New Berlin certain property
located on Janesville Rd. owned by Laverne L. Wuebben and
Robert E. Ferber, and
WHEREAS it is required that the City of Muskego adopt
an ordinance to attach the property, and
WHEREAS the property involved is a small triangular-
shaped parcel to the north of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, which
is located in the City of Muskego as shown on the attached
survey.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that an ordinance be adopted to attach the small traingular-
shaped parcel to the north of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 owned by
Laverne L Wuebben and Robert E. Ferber on Janesville Road
as shown on the attached survey.
