be in the best interest of the City of Pluskego to offer the

WHEREAS State Statute 62.23(5) requires the sale of city-
owned property be referred to the City Plan Commission for
consideration and report.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
the sale of the city-owned property listed above.
