PCR1982061RESOLUTION #P C. 61-82 RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE AND LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE Land Division Ordinance to provide clarification in several areas, the Plan Commission has determined that the following sections should be amended as follows: WHEREAS in order to update the Zoning Ordinance and ZONING ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 17 3.03 OCCUPANCY AND ZONING USE PERMIT Amend (2) D. to read as follows D.
