RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO
ZONING ORDINANCE AND LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE
Land Division Ordinance to provide clarification in
several areas, the Plan Commission has determined that the
following sections should be amended as follows:
WHEREAS in order to update the Zoning Ordinance and
ZONING ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 17
3.03 OCCUPANCY AND ZONING USE PERMIT
Amend (2) D. to read as follows
D. For the purpose of defraying the cost of inspec-
tion and administrative processing, such
application shall be accompanied by a fee as
provided in the Building Code of the City of
Muskego.
8.01 RCE COUNTRY ESTATE DISTRICT
(7) C. PERMITTED USES BY CONDITIONAL GRANT
Add - 11. Existing Duplexes
8.11 B-1 (BUSINESS DISTRICT)

Amend 1. Any uses as permitted by right in the
RCE District, with the exception of
single-family detached dwellings.

Add 6. Multi-family use of existing structure.

Add 2. Duplex, with Plan Commisison approval of
building, site and operational plan.

11.0 DEFINITIONS
Repeal and Re-create "subdivision" as follows :
Subdivision The division of a lot, outlot, parcel,
or tract of land by the owners thereof, or their
building development where the act of division creates
agents, for the purpose of transfer of ownership or
the act of division creates five (5) or more parcels
five (5) or more parcels or building sites or where
period of five (5) years.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that Sections 3.03, 8.01, 8.11, 9.09, 8~15 and 9.04 of the
Zoning Ordinance and Section 11.0 of the Land Division Ordinance
be amended as shown above.
