APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
OAK MEADOWS ESTATES
a Preliminary Plat prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus with
revision date of October 23, 1979, for Oak Meadow Estates,
an 89 lot subdivision of the Haut property in the NW 114 of
Section 31, and
WHEREAS on November 6, 1979, the Plan Commission denied
WHEREAS the City Attorney has advised that the reasons
for rejection are no longer valid.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
Estates with revision date of October 23, 1979.
to the Common Council, the Preliminary Plat of Oak Meadows
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not usurp
the Common Council's authority to grant sewers to this area.
