APPROVAL OF SIGN REOUEST
ALLAN MERFERT
WHEREAS a request has been subrritted by Allan Merfert,
S65 W13964 Janesville Road, for a 4' x 8' (32 sq. ft.)
freestanding sign, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign meets the zoning ordinance
requirements and the Guidelines for Sign Approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of
Allan Merfert for a 32 sq. ft. sign on his property at
S65 W13964 Janesville Road, to be located no closer than
60 ft from the centerline of Janesville Road. 0
