PCR1982054RESOLUTION #P. C. 54-82 AND BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT OPEN PANTRY FOOD MARTS OF WISCONSIN, INC. WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin, Inc. for a Conditional Use Grant to permit the use of the property at S66 W14501 Janesville Road as a self-service gasoline outlet in connection with a convenience store, and WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee have reviewed the plans and have reconmended approval lighting and premises to be kept clean at all times, and subject to proper landscaping prior to occupancy, non-offsensive WHEREAS detailed plans for a proposed freestanding sign have not yet been submitted. a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational plans of Open Pantry at S66 W14501 Janesville Road, subject to proper landscaping prior to occupancy, non-offsensive lighting and premises to be kept clean at all times. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the freestanding sign as shown on the site plan shall be reviewed at a future date. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby approve Conditional Use Grant No. 85 for use of the property at S66 W14501 Janesville Road as a self-service gasoline outlet established by the Plan Commission. in connection with a convenience store with conditions as City of Muskego Adopted JUL. 6 1982 Plan Commission Defeated Deferred JUN. 1 5 1982
