APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
PIERRE COUTURE
WHEREAS Pierre Couture submitted a request for a 24 sq.
ft. sign to be added to an existing freestanding sign at
S63 W13131 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS Nr. Couture was advised that because the existing
56 sq. ft. sign was legal non-conforming, but exceeded the
17 sq. ft. now permitted under the zoning ordinance, Board of
Appeals action would be required, and
WHEREAS on May 27, 1982, the Board of Appeals granted a
63 sq. ft. variance to permit the addition of a 24 sq. ft. sign
to the existing freestanding sign, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign does meet the Guidelines for
Sign Approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Pierre
Couture for a 24 sq. ft. sign to advertise Morrison Photography,
to be constructed of wood, non-illuminated, and dark brown
with gold and white lettering, to be added to the existing
freestanding sign at S63 W13131 Janesville Road.
