SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
STATE SAND & GRAVEL
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Payne & Dolan
of Wisconsin and State Sand & Gravel Company for renewal of
their extractive permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing for
July 6, 1982, at 7:45 P.M. to consider the renewal of the
extractive permit for Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin and State
Sand & Gravel Company.
