APPROVALIDISAPPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR 8’ FENCE
JOSEPH TIEDEMAN
WHEREAS a request has been received from Joseph P.
Tiedeman, W168 S6967 Parkland Drive, for permission to erect
an eight foot fence on his property, and
WHEREAS this fence would be located$” from the lot line,
and the required offset is 10’ from the lot line, and
WHEREAS such fence may be permitted closer than the re-
quired offset from an adjoining lot line with the written
consent of the adjoining property owner and by approval of
the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby A PPRo VE the request
of Joseph P. Tiedeman for an eight foot fence located&’ from
the lot line at W168 S6967 Parkland Drive
