APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
TEMPORARY SIGN
LAKE MEADOWS
WHEREAS the Plan Comission approved an 8' x 16'
temporary sign to introduce the Lake Meadows Subdivision,
located on the Caesar property at the intersection of
Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits extensions for
six month intervals with Plan Comission approval until such
time as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS Lake Meadows has not reached 75% development, and
WHEREAS the sign remains in good condition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a six month extension for
the 8' x 16' temporary sign located on the Caesar property at
the intersection of Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive advertising
the Lake Meadows Subdivision.
