REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
OPEN PANTRY
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Open Pantry
Food Yfrts of Wisconsin, Inc. for a Conditional Use Grant
to permit the use of the property at S66 W14501 Janesville
Road as a self-service gasoline outlet in connection with
a convenience store.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition submitted
by Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin, Inc. for a Conditional
Use Grant to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee for review and recommendation. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing date shall
be set for June 15, 1982 at 7145 P.M. to consider this request.
