APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MILES MEINERZ
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, dated May 25, 1982, has been submitted to
finalize a two parcel division of the Miles Meinerz property
in the SW 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS the Plan Comission approved the sketch for
this two parcel division in Resolution #P. C. 99-81 (As Amended)
on January 5, 1982, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission will review further development
0 of this property at a later date in conjunction with the
development of the Archie Meinerz property to the south.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a
two parcel division of the Miles Meinerz property in the SW 1/4
of Section 11, subject to receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee
and $400.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the removal of the Future 60' Street on the certified survey map
because the location has not yet been determined.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer and approval of the Temporary
Turn Around Easement by the Public Works Committee. 0
