ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE
GEORGE RESCH
WHEREAS George Resch, S63 W18482 Martin Drive, has re-
quested permission to construct a 20' x 22', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
0 of George Resch for a 20' x 22', unattached, second garage
structure at S63 W18482 Martin Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
