APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
LINCOLNSHIRE SUBDIVISION
JOHN HASENSTAAB
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by John Hasenstaab
for a three parcel re-division of Lot 9 and Outlot 1 of the
Lincolnshire Subdivision, and
WHEREAS a dwelling has been constructed on Lot 9, and
WHEREAS the remaining area is sufficient for an additional
two parcels to conform with the RS-2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
John Hasenstaab for a three parcel re-division of Lot 9 and
Outlot 1 of the Lincolnshire Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER P'ESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the provision of a 20' drainage easement through the property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize the
re-division, along with a $25 00 submittal fee and $400.00 in
lieu of park dedication, subject to a legal opinion on the
validity of the $400.00 fee.
