APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
HEILEMAN EXCAVATING 6 GRADING
TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Ray Heileman has requested approval of building,
site and operational plans for his property at W144 S6401
College Court in the Tess Corners Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS it is proposed to enclose a 60' x 80' area in
the northwest corner of the property with a 6' chain link
fence to be used to park five (5) pieces of equipment, in-
cluding bulldozers and a backhoe, and
WHEREAS a 12' x 16' metal-shed would be placed within the
0 enclosure for the storage of tires and oil.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Ray Heileman
for building, site and operational plans for his property at
W144 S6401 College Court in the Tess Corners Industrial Park.
