APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR POLE BARN
PATRICK ELLIOTT
WHEREAS Patrick Elliott, W192 S9521 Racine Avenue, has
requested permission to construct a 30' x 65' pole barn on
his property, and
WHEREAS this barn would replace two existing structures,
and
WHEREAS the total outbuildings on this parcel would
total approximately 1.09%, and
WHEREAS in predominately undeveloped areas the Plan
0 Commission may permit the outbuildings to exceed 1% of the
lot area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Patrick
Elliott for permission to construct a 30' x 65' pole barn on
his property at W192 S9521 Racine Avenue, 'bubject to the
removal of two existing structures on the property.
