RESOLUTION MlEYOING A PROJECT PLAN FOR
TAX IYCREMENTAL DISTRICT NUMBER 5
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WSCOfIS:N
WHEREAS, Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes provides the authority
and procgdure for creating tax incremental districts; and
HHEREAS. pursuant to Section 66.46, the City of Nuskego has created
Tax Incremental District Number 5; and
WHEREAS. pursuant to Section 66.46, the Common Council of the City of
Nustego has adopted a project plan for lax Incremental District Number 5; and
officers of all local government entities having the power to levy taxes on
property within the district, including the school board of any school
district which includes property within the district; and
WHEREAS. the Planning Cmission has notified the chief executive
~ 9 Planning Comnission wherein interested parties were afforded 2 reasonable
WHEREAS. a public hearing has been properly noticed and held by the
opportunity to express their views on the proposed amended project plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Cmission has prepared an amended project plan
for lax Incremental District Number 5, which will:
Update the project plan to reflect.actua1 costs of projects
completed; delete, add and reschedule projects; reduce costs
and add to costs of various projects as outlined in the
amended project plan (copy attached).
WHEREAS, the proposed amended project plan, a copy of which is attached
as Exhibit A. shall not extend the implementation more than five years after
the district was created; and
' 'WHEREAS, the amended project plan has been compared with the city
master plan;
1. Such amended project plan for lax Incremental District Number 5.
City of Muskego is feasible, and
2. Such amended project plan is in conformity with the master plan of
the City of :4uskego.

Vuskego approves such amended project plan for Tax Incremental Oistrict
idumber 5. pursuent to the provisions of Section 66.46. Visconsin Statutes. and
recommends to the Comnon Council the adoption of the aaended project plan.
