AMENDING A PROJECT PLAN FOR
TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NO. 5
WHEREAS the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P. C.
8-82 on February 2, 1982, which approved an Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District Number 5, and recommended
adoption to the Common Council, and
WHEREAS the Common Council reviewed the Amended Project
Plan and referred it back to the Plan Commission for further
review , and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has again reviewed the Amended
Project Plan and wishes to incorporate the changes on the
attached Project Schedule.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby re-adopt Resolution #P. C. 8-82,
Resolution Amending a Project Plan for Tax Increnental District
Number 5 (copy attached), incorporating the changes on the
Common Council.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ehlers & Associates is hereby
requested to prepare the Amended Project Plan for Tax Incre-
mental District Number 5 for presentation to the Common Council
