HERITAGE PARK, INC.
RESOLUTION #P. C 38-82
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted to the Common
Council by Constantin P. Saites requesting the rezoning of
the property to the west of Heritage Church on College Avenue
in the NW 1/4 of Section 1 from RS-2 to RSA (OPD) to permit the
development of 37 apartment units for Heritage Park, Inc., and
preliminary sketch provid5ng the concept for the development
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
under a planned unit development approach and recommends that
rezoning from RS-2 to RSA (OPD), and
the City Plan Commission approve the sketch and recommend
WHEREAS under the planned development approach the rezoning
is conditioned on an appropriate follow-through of the process,
plans of layout, landscaping, grading, buildings, parking lots
including the further submission of more detailed preliminary
and roads, utilities, and proposed developer's agreements
including the manner in which this PUIj is to be programmed and
operate to maintain the development and carry out its normal
financed and the type of association and manner in which it will
activities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Planning Con-
sultant, does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the
petition submitted by Constantin P. Saites requesting the
rezoning of the property to the west of Heritage Church on
College Avenue in the NW 1/4 of Section 1 from RS-2 to RSA (OPD)
to permit the development of 37 apartment units for Heritage
Park, Inc. be approved subject to the above conditions.
