APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
ZINSKI'S TOPSOIL
WHEREAS a request has been received from Zinski's
Topsoil for permission to erect a 4' x 8' freestanding sign
at W179 S7656 Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS the sign would be constructed of wood, painted
white with blue lettering, -7 illmnirrrated, and (r.w€Il e..)
proposed to be located 30 ft from the centerline of Pioneer
Dr. , and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance provides that no sign shall
be permitted in the base setback area, and the base setback 0 line on Pioneer Dr. is 50 ft. from the centerline of the road, and
WHEREAS the size of the sign proposed would be permitted

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby 9 P P ROU€ the request of
