RECOMMXNDING DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
CHRIS YOUSSI
WHEREAS Chris Youssi, W175 S7052 Hiawatha Drive, has
subnitted a petition requesting legal status for Parcel B
of CSM 885 (Lot 5 and the south half of Lot 4, Block 12) in
the Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS Elr. Youssi has an existing home on Parcel A, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250
sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and
WHEREAS Parcel A has 10,840 sa. ft. with 90' average width,
a and Parcel B has 8,616 sq. ft. with an average width of 105', and
WHEREAS it has been the policy of the Plan Commission to
recommend denial of legal status in this subdivision to alleviate
increased density and overcrowding, and
WHEP-S the Plan Commission recommended denial of a previous
request from Mr Youssi for legal status of this parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the request of Chris Youssi for legal status for Parcel B of
Certified Survey Map No. 885 (Lot 5 and the south half of Lot 4,
Block 12) in the Muskego Shores Subdivision, be denied.
