APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
INDEPENDENCE BANK
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, land surveyor, dated April 21, 1982, has been
submitted to finalize a redivision of the Independence Bank
property on Janesville Road in the SE 114 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS the existing two parcels are proposed to be
redivided to create a one acre parcel for the construction of
a medical clinic, with the bank retaining ownership of the
remaining parcel, and
WHEREAS the proposed lots more than meet the requirements
of this B-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the redivision of the
Independence Bank property on Janesville Road in the SE 114
of Section 3, and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer and the receipt of the
$25 .OO submittal fee.
