ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ROGER HINT2
WHEREAS Roger Hintz, S77 W19700 Sunnyhill Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 20' x 20', unattached,
second garage structure on his property to be used for
storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Roger Hintz for a 20' x 20', unattached, second garage
structure on his property at S77 W19700 Sunnyhill Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
