PCR1982030RESOLUTION #P. C. 30-82 (As Amended) ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE CLYDE HECKERT WHEREAS Clyde Heckert, S79 W18181 Tower Drive, has requested permission to construct an 18' x 22', unattached, second garage structure on his property to be used as a workshop and for storage purposes, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such parage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surroundinp properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Clyde Heckert for an 18' x 22', unattached, second garage structure at 579 W18181 Tower Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition that the existing playhouse be removed. City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted May 18, 1982 .
