APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
MJSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
MUSKEG0 MEDICAL BUILDING
WHEREAS a request has been received from Dr. Delp for
a 45 sq. ft. freestanding sip to identify the Muskego Medical
Building located at W186 S8055 Racine Avenue in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign is all wood construction with
black lettering on a white background, externally illminated,
and located as shown on the site plan, and l

WHEREAS the proposed sign meets the Guidelines for Sign '0 Approval and conforms to the zoning requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Dr. Delp for
a 45 sq. ft. freestanding sign to be located no closer than
20 ft. from the base setback line to identify the Muskego Medical
Building at W186 S8055 Racine Avenue in the Muskego Business1
Industrial Park.
