REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT ~~~ ~~ ~~~ ~ PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO PARKLAND PLAZA PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ~~ ~~ ~ ~
TO PERMIT ADDITION OF PROFESSIONAL BUILDINGS
WHEREAS a request has been received from Mr. Henry J.
Horney, President of the Value Village Real Estate Corporation,
to construct three professional buildings to the rear of the
Parkland Fall shopping center, and
WHEREAS this is a part of the Parkland Plaza planned unit
development, and the Plan Commission has determined that this
addition would be a substantial alteration to the approved
plan, and recommended to the Common Council that a public hearing
0 be held, and
WHEREAS the public hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday,
April 27, 1982, at 7 00 P.M., and
WHEREAS it is now required that the Plan Comission make
its recommendation to the Comon Council in accordance with
Section 6.02 of the Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of Mr. Henry J.
Horney for the addition of three professional buildings behind
Parkland Mall to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation
