REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REQUEST FOR ZONING CHANGE
HERITAGE PARK, INC .
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted to the Common
Council by Constantin P. Saites requesting the rezoning
of the property to the west of Heritage Church on College
Avenue in the NW 114 of Section 1 from RS-2 to RSA (OPD) to
permit the development of 37 apartment units for Heritage
Park, Inc . , and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this request to
the Plan Commission for report and recommendation.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of Constantin
P. Saites for rezoning of the property west of Heritage Church
on College Avenue from RS-2 to RSA (OPD) to Planning Consd-
tant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
