APPROVAL OF BUILGING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
MEDICAL CLINIC MUSKEGO INTERNAL MEDICINE ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been
submitted by FCM Corporation for a medical clinic for Muskego
Internal Medicine Associates located at S69 W15636 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed these
plans and has recommended approval, with recornendations for
revision of the site plan and landscaping plan, and
WHEREAS the freestanding sign and the flat wall sign
proposed meet the Guidelines for Sign Approval and conform to
the zoning requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plan for the Muskego Internal Medicine Associates
medical clinic at S69 W15636 Janesville Road, subject to com-
pliance with the recommendations of the Planning Consultant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the landscaping plans and
drainage plans shall be submitted for approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the freestanding sign and flat
wall sign are also approved.
