REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE
PETITION FOR EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
RONNIE'S MOBILE STATION
WHEREAS a petition has been received from Ronald Rea to
permit the expansion of Conditional Use Grant #56. for con-
struction of an addition to Ronnie's Mobile Station located
at S75 W17237 Janesville Road, to house a car wash operation, and
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Plan Comission that such
addition would constitute a substantial alteration to the
Conditional Use Grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of Ronald Rea
for the expansion of Conditional Use Grant #56 to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recomendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be
held on May 18, 1982, at 7:45 .P.M.
