RECOMlENDING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY FROM FRANCIS LUFKIN AND FRANCES G. HARDING
WHEREAS the City, of Muskego has received an offer from
Francis Lufkin and Frances G. Harding for the purchase of
City-owned property located between their properties and
S.T.H. 24 in the SW 114 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS Section 62.23(5) of the State Statutes requires
the Plan Commission to report on proposed sales of City-owned
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the sale of the City-owned property located between
the Lufkin and Harding properties and S.T.H. 24 in the SW 114
of Section 9.
