APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ADOLPH LINDEMANN
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Adolph Lindemann
for a one parcel division of his property at S70 W16211
Martin Drive in the SE 114 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned RSM Multiple Family
Residence, and
WHEREAS there is an existing single family residence on
this parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one
parcel division of the Adolph Lindemann property at S70 W16211
Ear t in Drive .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with the provision that the following be placed
on the face of the nap: “Note The existing structure and
use are legal non-conforming. I,
