PCR1982020RESOLUTION #P. C. 20-82 RECOMMENDATION FOR .A PUBLIC HEARING PARKLAND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED MEDICAL BUILDING WHEREAS a request has been received from the F C M Corporation on behalf of Mr. Henry Horney, President of Value Village and owner of Parkland Mall, for the review of a proposed facility to house two new physicians to be located to the rear of the existing Parkland Mall, and WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.02(6)C. of the Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission is to determine if the addition of a medical facility would constitute a sub- stantial alteration of the original planned unit development plan, and WHEREAS it is the Plan Commission's opinion that the medical facility would constitute a substantial alteration of the original plan which was approved for the planned unit development for Parkland Plaza as "satellites" were not indicated thereon. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Pluskego does hereby reconnnend to the Common Council that a public hearing be scheduled to consider the medical facility proposed to be located to the rear of the existing Parkland Mall.
